Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor (with production and compliance) or equivalent branch management experience.
  • Licenses: Series 7, 8, 66, and 3 (or 31 if managed futures)
  • Other licenses as required for role or by management.

Responsibilities

  • Build a client base of high net worth households by prospecting and developing new client relationships.
  • Help manage client investment needs in line with Firm policies and industry standards.
  • Maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial markets and products.
  • Apply product and market knowledge to recruiting and client resources.
  • Drive sales by leveraging Firm initiatives and partnerships.
  • Lead and develop an effective branch team; manage reporting and meetings.
  • Ensure branch meets objectives of the U.S. Wealth Management Group and maintains high ethical standards.
