Job summary

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management seeks an experienced Branch Manager/Financial Advisor leader to build a high net worth client base and lead the branch in a dynamic market. The role focuses on relationship development, regulatory compliance, and driving sales growth while managing a team of Financial Advisors and support staff.

Strong licensing and a track record in wealth management are essential. The position reports to Market Executive or Non-Producing Branch Manager and offers opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years as Financial Advisor or equivalent branch leadership experience.
• Active securities licenses (Series 7, 8 or 9/10, 66 or 63/65) and 3 registrations (Series 31 acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Build a client base of high net worth households through prospecting and relationship development.
• Manage client investment needs in line with Firm policies and regulations.
• Lead and grow the branch team with regular communication, meetings, and talent development.
• Drive sales by leveraging corporate initiatives and resources; coordinate with corporate and field personnel.
