Job summary

You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while developing the branch’s market position and coordinating with senior leadership to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent education or experience.
• At least 5+ years as Financial Advisor or branch management or product area experience.
• Active securities registrations as required.

Responsibilities

• Build a client base of high net worth households and manage long-term relationships.
• Grow revenue while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Recruit and retain Financial Advisors; develop leadership and succession.
• Provide leadership and oversee fiscal and personnel management at the branch.
• Collaborate with Market Executive and other leaders to meet branch goals.
