Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team in the Anchorage region. You will grow a client base among high-net-worth households and oversee recruitment, training and a client-centric service model.

You will coordinate with corporate partners, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive sales initiatives to expand market share in a dynamic environment. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education or experience required.
• Five+ years as Financial Advisor or branch management experience recommended.
• Licenses listed in the job details may be required.

Responsabilités

• Produce and grow a client base of high net worth households by prospecting and developing new relationships.
• Manage client investment needs in line with Firm policies and industry requirements.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements, markets and product information.
• Drive marketing initiatives and collaborate with corporate partners to grow market share.
• Build and lead an effective branch team; recruit and train staff.
• Lead with ethics, growth orientation and diversity while mentoring senior advisors.
• Communicate performance status and issues to the Complex Manager or Non-Producing Branch Manager.
