Job summary

Citigroup Inc. in Irving, TX is expanding Citi Funds Transfer Pricing (CitiFTP) and seeks an Apps Support Intmd Analyst to provide production support and incident management across the CitiFTP platform.

You will collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Operations, and Business teams to ensure stability, timely issue resolution, and strong operational controls. The role requires on-call participation and release support across environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Application/Production Support or Tech Operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for enterprise apps.
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and problem resolution.
• Experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting.
• Familiarity with incident, problem, change and release management.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application support for CitiFTP apps and processes.
• Investigate, resolve production incidents, service requests and issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and remediation to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor app health, feeds, batch processing, and SLA adherence.
• Coordinate incident resolution with Dev, Infra, DBA and Ops teams.
• Participate in on-call rotations and critical incident management.
• Support releases across dev/test/UAT/production environments.
• Execute deployment validation and post-release verification.
• Create and maintain support docs and runbooks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
