Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a candidate for the Merrill Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor to work with high-net-worth individuals, developing relationships, reviewing goals, and delivering comprehensive recommendations that align with client objectives.

You’ll be mentored by Merrill Financial Advisor teams, build a scalable practice, and collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; financial services experience valued.
• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses (63/65 in lieu of 66) or equivalent.
• One year in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative sales skills.
• Ability to build trust and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet performance hurdles.
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams for mentoring.
• Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce.
• Stay compliant with KYC procedures.
