Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses or 63/65 in lieu of 66
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with targets met
• Investment knowledge and ability to discuss products and services
• Proven ability to engage, influence and build trust
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with partners and teams
• Strong listening and needs assessment skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client prospecting experience
• Comfort in a performance-driven compensation environment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to technology tools
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads and discuss Merrill offerings
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients
• Collect client data and follow KYC procedures to open accounts
• Provide informed investment recommendations aligned to client objectives
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce accurately
