Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program - Financial Advisor role. You will identify needs of high-net-worth individuals, develop relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Must hold Series 7 and Series 66 licenses or equivalents.
• Minimum 1 year in financial services or sales with quota attainment.
• Experience in investments industry and investment products knowledge.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries about Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill/Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client data per KYC to open accounts as appropriate.
• Provide investment recommendations aligned with client objectives and servicing accounts.
• Document interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
