Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is hiring for the Advisor Development Program. This role focuses on high-net-worth clients, developing relationships, assessing investment goals, and delivering comprehensive recommendations that align to client objectives.

You will collaborate with Merrill Financial Advisor Teams to grow portfolios. The program emphasizes training, coaching, and a defined consultative approach to meeting client needs while working with core banking and investment

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or 1+ year in financial services or sales is a plus.
• Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65 in lieu) licenses required or equivalent.
• Strong ability to engage, influence, and build trust with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work in a performance-driven environment with incentives.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings from leads.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients and prospects.
• Collect client profile data following KYC procedures to open accounts.
• Provide financial advice and suitable investment recommendations.
• Document all client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
