Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management invites you to join the Advisor Development Program as a Financial Advisor. You will identify client needs, build relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive recommendations aligned with client objectives.

Trainings and coaching from Merrill teams will support portfolio growth as you develop a high-net-worth client book and collaborate with banking and investment partners to meet diverse financial needs.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 & 66 licenses (63 & 65 in lieu of 66).
• Minimum of one year experience in financial services and/or a sales environment with goals met or exceeded.
• Minimum of one year experience in investments industry and knowledge of investment products and services.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from leads regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Gather client profile data and open accounts following KYC procedures.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor, recommending suitable investment products and services.
• Document all client interactions in Salesforce.
