You’ll be mentored by Merrill Advisor Teams, build relationships, review financial goals, and deliver comprehensive investment recommendations aligned with client objectives.

The role emphasizes collaboration with core banking partners and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent
• Minimum of one year in investments industry with knowledge of investment products/services
• Experience in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet/exceed performance hurdles
• Source prospective clients and leverage referrals for customized solutions
• Recommend investment products aligned with client objectives and risk profile
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, and development with planning
• Organize resources to run a productive practice
• Consult with specialists to identify planning and investment strategies
• Complete mandated training and ongoing education requirements
