Qualifications

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 licenses or equivalent
• Minimum of one year in investments industry with knowledge of investment products/services
• Experience in financial services or sales with goals met/exceeded
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to source clients through prospecting and networking

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business to meet/exceed performance hurdles
• Source prospective clients and leverage referrals for customized solutions
• Recommend investment products aligned with client objectives and risk profile
• Balance growth, referrals, follow-up, and development with planning
• Organize resources to run a productive practice
• Consult with specialists to identify planning and investment strategies
• Complete mandated training and ongoing education requirements
