Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative related to Workers' Compensation (Preferred).
• Knowledge of CA Workers’ Compensation (Required).
• Strong attention to detail with ability to observe details on electronic screens.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing a high-volume legal Workers' Compensation caseload.
• Attending all case-related hearings.
• Maintaining case notes and reviewing/evaluating case files.
• Communicating with relevant parties involved in a case.
