Job summary

Abramson Labor Group is seeking a Hearing Representative for Workers' Compensation, with remote or on-site flexibility in California. The role focuses on defending employee rights across the state, handling a high-volume caseload and attending hearings.

Qualified candidates will have WC knowledge, familiarity with EAMS and e-filing, strong communication and detail-oriented skills, and proficiency in MS Office. Remote work option requires residing in California.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Hearing Representative for Workers' Compensation.
• Knowledge of California Workers' Compensation is required.
• Familiar with EAMS, e-filing and AME/PQME processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in case notes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high-volume Workers' Compensation caseload.
• Communicate with relevant parties involved in a case.
• Attend all case-related hearings.
• Maintain accurate case notes.
• Review and evaluate case files.
• Possible traveling to WCAB locations for hearings and trials.
• Other duties as assigned.
