Job summary

The role involves public speaking, presenting to partners and at governmental events, supervising staff, and collaborating with counselors, career coaches, and faculty to create meaningful WBL activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• One year of full-time or equivalent experience building strong relationships with community partners.
• One year of full-time or equivalent experience within a collegiate system or a K-12 environment.
• Experience working with data systems.
• One year of full-time or equivalent experience coordinating projects.
• Experience with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• One year of full-time or equivalent direct supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintains updated database for industry partnerships, contacts, and company profile, placements.
• Represents WBL department in meetings, panel discussions.
• Markets and recruits students and industry partnerships via career fairs, open house events, and on-site visits.
• Promotes and be present all special events assigned to WBL.
• Coordinates and launches activities and data needs for all grants received for WBL.
• Supervises Specialists, including performance evaluations and coordinating work schedules.
