You will focus on employment exploration, job applications, interviewing skills, and soft skills, and you will implement lessons, maintain communications with students and staff, and track records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Demonstrated experience in working with young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement lessons designed to help students develop workplace readiness skills and strategies.
• Maintain communications with students, administrators, and other staff.
• Maintain student records related to the course.
• Support overall needs of students related to enrollment, persistence, and completion.
