Job summary

Butler Community College seeks an Apprenticeship Coordinator to lead apprenticeship development and expansion across credit and non-credit programs. You will serve as the college’s primary contact for collaborating with workforce partners and regional agencies, reporting to the Director of Workforce Education.

Ideal candidates bring strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills to advance student success and workforce opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in workforce development, apprenticeship programs, employer engagement, education, career services, talent development, or related field preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required in education, workforce development, business, human resources, or related field.
• Grant-funded position with generous benefits and college-wide impact.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and expand apprenticeship opportunities for students, regional employers, and workforce partners.
• Collaborate with Workforce Education, Academic Affairs, academic programs, non-credit programs, regional workforce agencies, and Kansas Office of Registered Apprenticeships.
