Qualifications

• Associate degree plus two years’ experience in marketing, sales, or counseling.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional youth experience preferred; supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and marketing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist students with adjusting to Center life to boost retention.
• Coordinate supervision, counseling and mentoring for trainees.
• Meet with students monthly and document progress.
• Maintain equipment and work areas; manage property records and requests.
• Collaborate with employers and staff to create work-based learning sites.
• Plan activities and coordinate with educators, trainees, and employers.
