Job summary

Adams and Associates, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead the Work-Based Learning (WBL) program, ensuring student participation and quality on-the-job training. You will coordinate transportation, evaluate competencies and support students toward employment or further education.

Responsibilities include outreach to centers, establishing MOUs with employers and maintaining program integrity while supervising staff and ensuring performance goals are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A degree from an accredited school preferred.
• Previous group facilitation, student management or Job Corps experience preferred.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications preferred.
• Must possess a valid in-state Driver's License and meet the Company insurability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provides employability training leading to full-time jobs, higher education or advanced training.
• Oversees WBL program ensuring students participate in on- and off-Center on-the-job training assignments.
• Provides transportation services and evaluates student competencies.
• Conducts community outreach to WBL sites and MOUs; ensures integrity of student documentation.
• Interviews, hires, disciplines and evaluates WBL staff performance.
