Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Wave Planning Assistant to coordinate outbound order waves, releasing and managing them to meet daily production goals. The role reports to the Outbound Area Manager and is based onsite at the Piney Flats, TN facility with a Wednesday–Saturday shift from 12:30am to 11:00am.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in warehouse/fulfillment settings, knowledge of WMS systems and basic spreadsheets, and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environment.
• Working knowledge of WMS systems and basic computer applications (spreadsheets, reporting tools).
• Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage outbound order waves to support daily production goals across picking, staging, automation, and packing areas.
• Monitor wave progress and communicate status updates, aged tasks, and priorities to operational teams.
• Adjust wave parameters based on labor availability, inventory, and needs to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues and elevate or resolve problems to keep orders moving.
• Support cross-functional partners to ensure accurate processing of customer orders.

Where You'll Work

• This is an onsite position based at our Piney Flats, TN facility. You'll be part of the daily operations that keep our fulfillment network moving. We do not offer relocation assistance for this role.
• Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday 12:30am - 11:00am

What You'll Do
