Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Wave Planning Assistant to coordinate outbound order waves and support daily fulfillment operations at our Piney Flats, TN facility.

You will report to the Outbound Area Manager and collaborate with picking, staging, automation, and packing teams to keep orders moving, optimize labor use, and respond quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment.
• Working knowledge of WMS and basic spreadsheet tools.

Responsibilities

• Release and manage outbound order waves across picking, staging, automation, and packing.
• Monitor wave progress and communicate updates to teams.
• Adjust wave parameters based on labor, inventory, and needs.
• Troubleshoot workflow issues to keep orders moving.
• Support cross-functional partners to ensure correct order processing.
