Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for guests following standard recipes and company portions.
• Serve alcohol beverages responsibly, request identification, and adhere to alcohol service policies.
• Take food orders at the bar and dining room, run food orders, serve food orders.
• Greet and serve guests entering the restaurant - lounge.
• Enter drink and food orders into the POS system, collect payment, and make change.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.
• Clean and store bar equipment and stock, clean bar area and floors.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Bartenders prepare and serve beverages & serve food to guests our hotel guests & local customers in our high energy restaurant -Lounge. Extensive knowledge of common drinks, cocktails, beers, and wines, you will be in charge of managing drink orders at our hotel restaurant-lounge. Working as a bartender-server to guests at the bar and in the dining room.

Essential Duties

• Must be able to withstand prolonged periods of standing and/or walking.
• Ability to bend, reach, and repeat motions.
• Ability to lift stock up to 50 lbs. occasionally.

Specific Requirements of this role

• Mix and serve alcohol and non-alcohol drinks for guests following standard recipes and using company standardized proportions.
• Serve alcohol beverages responsibility, request identification, and adhere to all company alcohol service policies and procedures.
• Take food orders at the bar & dining room, run food orders, serve food orders.
• Greet and serve all guests entering the restaurant - lounge.
• Enter drink & food orders into the POS system, collect payment from guests for drinks served, and make correct change.
• Complete sales and inventory reports accurately.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, condiments, and supplies.
• Clean and store bar equipment, bar stock, clean bar, floors, garbage removal, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
