Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• At least 1 year of front-of-house bartender-server experience in a high-volume hotel restaurant-bar.
• POS experience required.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks following standard recipes.
• Enter drink and food orders into the POS system and collect payment with accurate change.
• Maintain bar stock by ordering or requisitioning liquors, beverages, and supplies.
• Clean and store bar equipment and bar stock.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
