Job summary

You will process quotes, sales orders, invoices, credits, and returns; maintain ERP data, coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and operations, and support project quotations and material takeoffs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, or order processing.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or business management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for quotes, order status, pricing, shipping, and product availability.
• Provide administrative support to outside sales representatives and management.
• Follow up on outstanding quotes and customer requests.
• Assist contractors, municipalities, engineers, and utility professionals with inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Process customer quotes, orders, invoices, credits, returns, and related documentation.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and generate reports.
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, logistics, accounting and operations teams to fulfill orders.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure accurate product entry.
