Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in Akron, OH is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to support pricing, respond to bids, and provide product information to field sales. You will help maintain documentation, coordinate between customers and teams, and ensure timely order fulfillment from the warehouse to invoicing.

The role requires 1–3 years in sales support or customer service, with willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and across warehouse, yard, and counter duties.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or related role.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work
• Ability to transition between warehouse, yard, counter, and administrative duties as needed
• Experience in a target-driven sales environment preferred.
• Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.
• Highly motivated and customer service oriented mentality with ability to build relationships is a plus.
• Developing knowledge of sales techniques such as prospecting, negotiation, persuasion, and closing.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; experience in project management is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and manage detailed pricing proposals and quotations for products and services across various projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids, researching projects, and assisting with prospecting efforts.
• Provide product and technical information to outside sales representatives, supporting efforts to generate sales in the utility market segment.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation that outlines product information and solution details.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring effective communication, timely order fulfillment, and resolution of technical or service-related issues.
• Oversee and support the full Order-to-Invoice cycle, ensuring quality standards are upheld and all corrective actions and field quality reports are managed effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) requirements.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance and complete other duties as assigned.
• Responsibilities include training and working in the warehouse, pipe yard, and at the sales counter
