Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support or customer service.
• Experience in Waterworks or Construction is a plus.
• Able to perform physically demanding work.
• Able to transition between warehouse, yard, counter and admin duties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations for projects.
• Support new sales opportunities by monitoring bids and prospecting.
• Provide product information to outside sales reps to drive sales.
• Maintain customer documentation with product and solution details.
• Oversee order-to-invoice cycle and ensure timely fulfillment.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
• Train in warehouse, yard, and sales counter as needed.
