Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Lead to join our Water Business Group. You will work with the Business Class Director and HDR peers to monitor competencies, staff development, and delivery of water resource plans that meet federal standards.

You will promote quality culture and growth across projects. The role requires 10+ years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams with Federal clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments.
• Experience leading plan formulation for Federal clients; PR&G knowledge is a plus.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Foster a quality culture through project delivery excellence and staff coaching.
• Lead or support standards, guidelines, tools, checklists, and workflows for service quality.
• Participate in tactical planning and align initiatives with market drivers.
• Collaborate with client-facing and marketing staff to track qualifications and project approaches.
• Drive industry strategies via professional associations, webinars, and workshops.
