Job summary

HDR is seeking an Integrated Watershed Management (IWM) Business Class Director to lead technical capabilities and coordinate cross-functional teams. You will mentor leaders, drive risk management, and sustain HDR's quality standards across service lines and markets.

The role requires strong strategic planning, client development, and active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture with travel across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership roles in technical design.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead technical risk management and maintain quality standards and delivery expectations.
• Oversee development and application of tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality.
• Coordinate strategic hires and mentor technical leaders to execute HDR's mission.
