HDR is seeking a senior leader to direct Integrated Watershed Management within HDR’s Water Business Group. The IWM Business Class Director will steer technical service delivery, risk management, and client relations across HDR’s markets, guiding teams and ensuring high-quality work.

This role requires a bachelor’s in engineering/architecture or related field, 10+ years of leadership in professional services, and a commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
• Professional or Architecture/Engineering registration for leadership roles overseeing core technical design.
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other business class directors and marketing managers.
• Commitment to quality, HDR values and employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
• Build relationships and coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, and operations.
• Lead risk management through process and resource reviews and advisory services on projects.
