Pyek Group seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at Typhoon Texas Austin Waterpark under the Director of Operations. You will lead a dedicated team, ensuring safety, training, and compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

You will coordinate with Human Resources for recruitment, manage vendor partnerships, and act as on-duty operations leader in the Director's absence. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a waterpark, amusement park, or related guest-service environment.
• Must obtain Lifeguard License for Special Facilities and an Instructor certification through Ellis & Associates.
• Must be able to work in warm/humid settings and hot/humid weather for outdoor waterpark environments.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; able to work varied shifts including nights and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as basic computer skills and app-based technology.

• Demonstrate a team-focused mentality and support all team members to exceed community and corporate expectations.
• Manage direct reports with clear expectations for projects, goals, and daily operations.
• Provide regular training, guidance, and instruction to direct reports, including new hire training and on-going feedback.
• Partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline all direct reports.
• Lead the team to meet safety and cleanliness standards exceeding company requirements.
• Schedule Operations team while ensuring compliance with company standards and checklists.
• Meet park opening/closing deadlines and coordinate IPE planning and scheduling.
• Develop and enforce comprehensive procedures for daily park operations with leadership input.
• Engage with vendors to ensure contracts meet cost and performance expectations.
