Typhoon Texas seeks an Food & Beverage Operations Manager to oversee high-volume waterpark dining, kiosks, and stands. You’ll lead seasonal teams, coach staff, and maintain exceptional hospitality, food safety, and cleanliness. A co-leadership model with a peer manager ensures consistent standards park-wide.

You’ll be on the floor during peak hours, drive throughput, and collaborate on menu pricing and guest experience strategies while keeping staff energized and guest-centric.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfort with physical demands: standing, bending, climbing.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership in F&B, theme parks, or similar.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead in a team, generating innovative solutions.
• Meet deadlines and handle priorities with minimal supervision.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong training and presentation skills for large teams.
• Experience with Microsoft, Scheduling Software, POS and Inventory Systems.
• Have or obtain Food Handler’s Permit, Food Manager’s Certification and TABC.

Responsabilidades

• Lead front-line Food & Beverage and Rentals teams to drive throughput and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Park GM and leadership on venue positioning, offerings, and pricing.
• Monitor real-time sales across kiosks and high-traffic locations.
• Maintain a strong physical presence on the waterpark floor during peak times.
• Manage speed-of-service and line flow at peak meal times.
• Conduct daily audits of kiosks and stands for quality, presentation, and cleanliness.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures including register audits and security.
• Be on-site during peak demands to support staff and prep outlets.
• Assist hiring, onboarding, and development of seasonal team members.
• Maintain uniform standards and clear shift handoffs with co-manager.
• Ensure signage and menus are accurate and brand-aligned.
