Job summary

Typhoon Texas Austin Waterpark, operated by Pyek Group, seeks a Director of Operations to lead all park operations, safety, training and vendor partnerships under the GM. You will own the operations budget, labor plans, and KPI targets while developing the Operations Manager and aligning with park leadership to meet guest-experience goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in waterpark/amusement-park operations.
• 2+ years managing supervisors or managers.
• Experience in operating budgets and labor plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead park operations and safety programs under GM guidance.
• Manage vendor partnerships and service contracts.
• Develop and mentor Operations Manager and supervisory team.
• Ensure compliance with safety, training, and cleanliness standards.
