Job summary

Pyek Group's Typhoon Texas Austin Waterpark seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance, lead a team, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are exceeded.

Under the Director of Facilities, you will manage direct reports, coordinate routine and preventive maintenance across all park areas, and work with vendors to deliver timely projects while upholding company policies and code compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• 1+ year supervising others.
• Must be able to traverse property and diagnose issues.
• Physically able to perform repairs.
• Stand for long periods; may be exposed to heat.
• Able to work weekends, nights and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• OSHA-10, CPO/AFO and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to exceed safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage direct reports with clear project goals and daily operations.
• Provide regular training and feedback to staff.
• Schedule maintenance to open/close park per policy and standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to meet operating expectations and safety.
• Develop preventive maintenance procedures for park attractions and areas.
• Ensure compliance with codes (Fire, ADA, OSHA, Building, etc.).
• Oversee vendor relations and budgetary tasks within approvals.
