Job summary

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in the United States is seeking a Waterpark Beverage Manager to lead beverage sales across our waterpark outlets and cabana services. You will train staff, supervise operations, and partner with senior beverage leadership.

Reporting to the Beverage Director, you will manage inventory, costs, and compliance with health and safety rules while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or waterpark operations.
• 1–2 years of prior experience in high-volume, guest-facing environments (e.g., resorts, theme parks, hotels, or waterparks).
• Experience managing both alcohol service and VIP/premium services (like cabanas & premium seating).
• Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (e.g., TIPS, SERV Safe Alcohol) – required or must be obtained upon hire.
• Ability to multitask and perform in fast-paced, outdoor environments.
• Solid understanding of inventory control, cash handling, and POS systems.

Now Hiring: Waterpark Beverage Manager

In this position, you’ll drive all beverage sales. Other activities will include training, inventory management, labor management, and ordering. Expect to lend a hand on busy days. You will report to the Resort’s Beverage Director and occasionally partner with our Corporate Beverage Director or property Food and Beverage Director. This position does not develop beverage menus but oversees about 50% of the total beverage revenue on the property.

As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring guest satisfaction, efficient operations, and revenue generation across beverage outlets and cabana services within a waterpark.

Salary Range - $80,000k - $90,000k/year based on prior experience.

What We’re Looking For
