Hypertherm Associates is seeking a Field Service Technician to join the Waterjet team. You will travel to customer sites within the Continental United States to install, configure, test, and train on OMAX Waterjet equipment, and to troubleshoot on-site and remotely.

The role demands mechanical/electrical skills, experience with Waterjet or CNC systems, and a valid driver’s license; extensive travel and on-site support are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Field Technical Service or related field.
• 2+ years with Cutting Solutions product experience.
• Fluency in English required.
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License in all 50 states.

Responsabilités

• Install and set up equipment at customer sites; travel to sites and perform testing and training.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and CNC/PLC issues on Waterjet systems on-site, by email, and by phone.
• Maintain detailed digital service records with photos and attachments; provide field feedback.
• Support sales team as a technical expert during demonstrations and pre-sales visits.
