Job summary

Clyde's Restaurant Group in Baltimore seeks a General Manager for Rye Street Tavern and its multi-venue operation. You will lead a 150+ team across lunch, dinner, brunch, and private events, ensuring exceptional guest service and a cohesive FOH culture.

Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a restaurant General Manager in large, high-volume settings and demonstrate strong financial acumen, leadership, and the ability to drive top-line

Qualifications

Hardworking, attentive and hospitality-driven with a desire to excel and maintain the highest level of service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to own P&L, forecasting, scheduling, labor management and cost control.

Responsibilities

Set engaging hospitality tone and standards for a premier waterfront dining destination.
Lead a large FOH operation across lunch, dinner, brunch, patio and private events.
Interview, hire, train, schedule and develop FOH managers and staff.
Greet guests, process checks, and resolve complaints in real time.
Develop and manage the annual financial plan for the restaurant.
