Job summary

Hornblower Corp on the United States waterfront seeks a Guest Service Agent to deliver excellent support at our ticket and boarding locations. You will assist guests, share schedule information, and help them navigate our experiences.

You’ll upsell City Experiences’ products, keep guests informed on safety protocols, and work both indoors and outdoors, including nights, weekends, and major holidays. Strong communication and local knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Able to provide directions and information about local attractions.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and major holidays.
• Proficient with reservation systems and ticketing processes.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests at ticket booths and boarding locations with friendly service.
• Upsell and cross-sell City Experiences’ products.
• Communicate cruise schedules, availability, and directions.
• Maintain safety protocols during ticket purchase and boarding.
• Operate and understand Dock Access and redemption systems.
• Provide local area directions and recommendations.
• Handle cash and card transactions and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed.
