Job summary

Hornblower Corp is seeking a Guest Service Agent to deliver outstanding service at our ticket booths and boarding locations along the waterfront. You will assist guests, share information on cruise offerings, schedules and directions, and support cross-selling of experiences.

Ideal candidates bring strong organization, interpersonal skills, and comfort with fast-paced environments. Familiarity with MS Office and City Experiences’ reservation systems is a plus; night, weekend, and holiday

Qualifications

• Interest in learning all aspects of customer service and sales.
• Knowledge of the Waterfront area to give directions.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at ticket booths and boarding locations.
• Inform guests about cruise offerings, schedules, and directions.
• Upsell and cross-promote experiences.
• Follow safety protocols and handle basic cash/card transactions.
• Work indoors and outdoors at ticket booths and boarding locations.
