Halff Associates, Inc. is seeking a Technical Leader in Texas or Florida with a civil engineering background focused on Water/Wastewater. You will lead and deliver Water/Wastewater Utility projects, mentor staff, and engage in business development and client interactions.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 10+ years of Water/Wastewater experience, and a PE license (Florida preferred or obtainable). Ownership potential and career growth are emphasized in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of experience to support Water/Wastewater Utility projects including facility design and planning.
• Licensed PE, preferably in Florida or able to obtain; Water/Wastewater treatment experience a plus.
• Responsible for business development, production, mentoring of staff, and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage Water/Wastewater Utility projects or coordinate tasks of moderate size and complexity.
• Perform business development, manage budgets, personnel, schedules, subconsultants, and client interaction.
• Support operations managers and practice leaders in pursuit of Water/Wastewater opportunities.
