Job summary

Stantec is seeking a highly motivated Civil/Environmental Project Manager with water and wastewater conveyance and treatment design, plus construction experience. Lead a team, manage scope, schedule, and budget, and collaborate with clients and leadership on project delivery.

The role requires a PE license and 12+ years of experience, preferably in Florida. The position offers full-time work in a dynamic, field-friendly environment with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• 12+ years of experience in design, construction, and management; Florida experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and construction oversight for water and wastewater projects.
• Manage teams of design professionals and QA staff.
• Interact with clients and leadership on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop reports, drawings, specifications, and construction cost estimates.
• Coordinate multiple projects under construction concurrently.
• Promote firm involvement in local civil/environmental public works groups.
