Stantec's Water practice in the Southwest seeks a highly motivated Water/Wastewater Project Technical Lead to grow our team delivering water and wastewater treatment and conveyance projects. Lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage projects through design and construction, and mentor junior staff while engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in water/wastewater, a PE license, and strong delivery leadership across complex projects in a collaborative, safety-conscious

Competenze

• Education: BS in civil, environmental, or chemical engineering; MS preferred.
• 8+ years in water/wastewater treatment or conveyance.
• Professional Engineering license.

Mansioni

• Provide technical guidance and leadership for water/wastewater projects.
• Manage projects through design, bid-build, and alternate delivery methods.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with design professionals.
• Develop reports, calculations, drawings, and submittals for treatment and conveyance.
• Communicate with clients during planning, design, and construction.
• Mentor professionals in Southwest offices and support safety procedures.
