Job summary

Stantec's Water practice in San Diego, California is seeking a highly motivated Water/Wastewater Project Technical Lead to join and grow our successful team working on iconic projects.

You will guide technical solutions, lead multidisciplinary design efforts, and coordinate with clients and stakeholders. As PTL you will mentor engineers, drive project delivery, and promote safety and innovation, collaborating with PMs and Discipline Leads across local and remote offices in California.

Qualifications

• Experience leading water and/or wastewater design from pursuit to construction.
• Proven ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and leadership for water/wastewater projects.
• Manage and execute projects through design, bid, and construction phases.
• Direct work of project teams and coordinate with clients and subcontractors.
• Mentor junior staff and promote safety and innovation.
