Job summary

Inframark is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Guymon wastewater facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, safety, and on-time project delivery. You will manage a 3-FTE team, oversee budgets, client relations, and contract performance while coordinating with stakeholders to meet service levels and optimize facilities’ performance.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of water/wastewater experience; valid driver’s license; ability to obtain required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in operation of water/wastewater facility.
• Valid Driver’s License; ability to obtain facility-based certification.

Responsibilities

• Formulates project goals, strategies, and SOPs; directs approved changes.
• Manages budgets and client invoicing; ensures compliance and reporting.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, and staff development; oversees HR activities for project staff.
• Meets with client representatives and council to discuss operations and capital projects.
