Job summary

Inframark LLC seeks a Project Manager to lead the Guymon, OK wastewater operations under a 3-FTE team. You will oversee daily performance, compliance with DOT/OSHA, safety, budgeting, and client relations. The role requires experience in water/wastewater facilities and strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities include budgeting, HR management for project staff, and maintaining contract compliance while pursuing growth and renewals at the City of Guymon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 5+ years of experience in operation of a water or wastewater facility or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet tools; ability to interpret analytical results.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; capable of managing budgets and client relations.

Responsibilities

• Formulates project goals, strategies, and SOPs; directs implementation of approved changes.
• Manages new business development, contract negotiations, renewals, and scope expansion.
