French & Parrello Associates (FPA) in Wall Township, NJ, seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead our Water/Wastewater Department. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee projects from planning to construction, and advise clients on infrastructure improvements and capital planning.

You will mentor engineers and coordinate with regulatory agencies, funding programs, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions while growing FPA’s water and wastewater services in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of water and/or wastewater engineering experience.
• NJ Professional Engineer license required.
• Strong communication and leadership to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with regulatory permits and funding programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead public water and sewer projects from planning through construction.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, and regulators to meet budgets and schedules.
• Prepare design studies, reports, and bid packages.
• Mentor junior staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Develop and prioritize capital improvement programs.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell services.
