Job summary

GHD is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Florida to drive the development and expansion of our Water Business across the region. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the primary client contact, ensuring excellence in every phase of project execution.

In addition to project delivery, you will play a key role in business development, marketing strategies, and client engagement, with opportunities to shape win strategies and pricing for new work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in planning, design, and construction of water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Strong written and oral communication, mentoring and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and oversee delivery of water and wastewater projects.
• Manage budgets and schedules and act as primary client contact.
• Support business development, marketing strategies, and client engagement.
