Job summary

GHD, a global professional services company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects in South Carolina. Based in Columbia, SC, you will direct multi-discipline teams through planning, design, permitting, and construction, delivering reliable, resilient water outcomes for communities.

You will build strong client relationships, pursue strategic opportunities, and shape capture plans, proposals, pricing, and scoping to fuel growth across the Water

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in South Carolina
• At least 8 years of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure experience
• Water and wastewater planning, design, permitting, and construction experience
• Stormwater system design and permitting a plus
• Strong business development, proposal preparation, and marketing skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to mentor and lead professional technical staff

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-discipline teams through the planning, design, permitting, and construction of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects.
• Strengthen relationships with municipal clients, driving strategic pursuits and delivering innovative solutions.
• Develop capture plans, proposal strategies, pricing, scoping, and win themes to support growth across the Water business.
