HDR, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to lead medium to large drinking water and wastewater projects. You will supervise engineers and CAD staff, interface with clients, and develop planning documents, designs, and cost estimates.

The role requires PE licensure and a strong background in project management and QA/QC. Join HDR’s Florida Water Business Group to deliver technically complex projects, mentor staff, and contribute to client strategy and business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 7 years related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Master's in Civil or Environmental Engineering preferred.
• Experience supervising staff.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.

Responsabilités

• Scope, plan, manage, direct and monitor medium to large water/wastewater projects and contracts with high technical complexity.
• Interface with clients and lead engineers/CAD staff to develop planning documents, preliminary reports, designs and cost estimates.
• Develop design criteria, schematics and methods.
• Prepare preliminary design, basis of design reports, routing studies and other engineering reports.
• Develop and write engineering specifications and front-end documents; oversee design drawings.
• Develop and execute QA/QC and risk management plans; ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead client management and business development activities and mentor staff.
