GFT in Florida is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our Water Resources Design Team. The role is hybrid, with regular attendance at one of our South Florida offices, and will oversee municipal and industrial water and wastewater projects in the region.

You will mentor staff, manage integrated project teams, and support business development to grow backlog and project revenue while maintaining strong client relationships and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Requires a B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience in water/wastewater design and related facilities.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida.
• Experience leading integrated teams with budget and schedule control.
• Strong client relations and business development experience.

• Plan, design and construct water/wastewater infrastructure with focus on schedule, scope and budget.
• Mentor staff and lead integrated project teams to satisfy client requirements.
• Support business development and growth of backlog and revenue.
