Job summary

GHD is seeking a Water & Wastewater Process Design Manager to lead multidisciplinary design teams on municipal and industrial water projects. You will coordinate technical scopes, schedule, budget, and QA/QC, while mentoring engineers and engaging with clients to deliver compliant, safe, and innovative infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering or another technical discipline.
• Professional Engineering License or ability to obtain.
• At least 7 years of technical, administrative and project experience, managing the design delivery for larger, multi‑discipline projects.
• Knowledge of scheduling software and engineering and capital cost estimating techniques is preferred.
• Process modeling such as BioWin (optional).

• Needs Assessment: identify issues, stakeholders and barriers.
• Culture of Innovation: drive cross‑unit collaboration with multistakeholder solutions.
• Engineering Solutions Design: design engineering solutions and validation to meet standards.
• Engineering Standards Specification: draft standards and evaluate effectiveness.
• Knowledge Management: develop policies, best practices, and knowledge sharing.
• Health, Safety, and Environment: monitor HSE KPIs and take action to improve.
• Feasibility Studies: conduct feasibility studies and cost‑benefit analysis.
• Project Management: manage a portfolio of projects and report to senior colleagues.
• Client & Customer Management (External): manage client relationships.
