Job summary

RETTEW is seeking an experienced Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects that support the reliability, safety, and resilience of communities. You will own projects from planning through design, permitting, and delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and serving as the primary client contact.

You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with leadership while delivering on scope, schedule, and budget commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Active PE license with PA licensure or eligibility via reciprocity.
• Experience delivering drinking water and/or wastewater infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated project-management experience with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience coordinating engineering teams and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Manage drinking water and wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through permitting, bidding, and delivery.
• Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for municipal, authority, and other water/wastewater clients.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across engineering, environmental, permitting, and field professionals.
• Develop and review engineering plans, technical reports, specifications, and permit applications.
